Turbo spec oil squirters
Factory turbo oil cooled crown pistons and conrods with 30mm gudgeon pin to replace original 28mm gudgeon pin type.

This kit is to suit non turbo engines that have had Aftermarket Turbo set up fitted .

Original 28mm gudgeon pin type pistons have valve reliefs . The factory turbo piston does not . The existing cylinder head will need to have the valve heights modified , otherwise valves will strike pistons .
The original cylinder head has exhaust valve height of 0.305mm - 0.696mm below head surface and Inlet valve height of 0.275mm - 0.675mm below head surface .

The existing cylinder head will need to be modified to suit factory turbo specification piston without valve relief to 0.70mm - 1.30mm below the head surface for both inlet and exhaust valves .

Option of grade 2 or 3 head gasket and Head bolt set

22AFD0821 = 1.20mm suits protrusion 0.118mm to 0.168mm (grade 2)
22AFD0822 = 1.25mm suits protrusion more than 0.168mm (grade 3 thickest available)
